| About the Republican Leadership Conference
 The Republican Leadership Conference was created to identify new leadership, build an effective movement of that leadership, and empower that leadership to take an active role in advancing the Republican Agenda of freedom, good governance and pro-business initiatives.
The trend of Republican losses at the ballot box, the inability of Republicans to capitalize on its successes, and non-disciplined spending habits of some in Washington, DC, served notice that a political education organization focused on Republican principles is needed. Our conferences identify, recruit, train and organize Republicans who want to become more involved in the public policy process as legislative staff, campaign managers, candidates and GOP grassroots.
The Republican Leadership Conference is committed to advancing the Republican Agenda.
