Republican Leadership Conference
Chad Wilbanks

Chad Wilbanks created the Republican Leadership Conference, Inc. to offer political education services to help Republicans who want to become involved in the public policy process. Chad has served as the Executive Director of the Republican Party of Texas and in the political office for the Republican National Committee. He was appointed to serve on the 2001 Presidential Inaugural Committee for President George W. Bush. In 2003, he received an appointment to serve on the Inaugural Committee for Governor Rick Perry, and to HAVA (Help America Vote Act) by the Texas Secretary of State.

Chad has managed a political action committee and grassroots for an international corporation. While Chad was temporarily in the non-political arena, he co-authored a book published in five languages to help businesses work through their year 2000 computer needs. Chad is currently President of The Wilbanks Group, a public affairs firm that advises several elected officials and corporations.
